She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Western Pike. She retired in 1974 after many years of service with the State of Maryland at Montrose School in Reisterstown.
She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Moser and Miss Louise Ankeney, both of Hagerstown; and Miss Olive Ankeney, with whom she resided; and two brothers, William Ankeney and James Ankeney, both of Hagerstown.
Services and viewing were at St. Paul's Church; burial was in St. Paul's Cemetery.
