Chelsea Michelle Williams, 22, of Pomaria died September 19, 2015 at M.U.S.C.
Born in Lexington on November 24, 1992 she was a daughter of Crystal Harris-Phillips and the late Gregory W. Williams. She was a 2011 graduate of Mid-Carolina High School. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church where she was a former member of the youth group and participated in Salkehatchie. Chelsea was currently taking classes at Ashford University.
She is survived by her mother and step-father Crystal Harris-Phillips and Mark Phillips;
sisters, Reese Williams and Ryan Williams; Brothers, Hayden Phillips and Zachary Wingard; grandparents, Duane and Gayle Harris Phillips and Polly and Richard Craft; great grandmothers, Mildred Fowler and Carolyn Luker; her fiance', John Summer;and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was predeceased by her father, Gregory W. Williams; her grandparents, Doug and Kay Williams and by great-grandparents, Ophila Williams and Gladys Craft.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service. Memorials may be made to M.U.S.C. Childrens Hospital, 169 Ashley Avenue, Charleston, SC 29425.
