Linda Gauthier, 62, died on March 2, 2015, at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill, Mass. She was born in Exeter on Feb. 10, 1953, the daughter of the late Roger and Helen (Dow) Gauthier.A lifelong resident of Epping, Linda was a 1971 graduate of Epping High School and received an associate degree in administration from Hesser College in Manchester. She was employed for 36 years as a case manager for the N.H. Department of Health and Human Services before retiring in 2009. She later worked in the Epping High School cafeteria.Linda was an active member of the Epping Community Church, assisting with the "Soup of the Day Cafe," Friday night pizza and the church food pantry. She was also very involved in acting and stage management at the Leddy Center for Performing Arts in Epping since it opened in 1975. In her later years, Linda and five of her close friends formed a social group that got together monthly called the "Ya-Ya's." She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and also loved to sing and knit.She is survived by her son, Richard W. Gauthier, and his wife, Melissa, of Merrimack; her daughter, Beth H. Gauthier, and her companion, Fred Heyward, of Rollinsford; two brothers, Tom and his wife, Kim, Gauthier and Joe and his wife, Sharon, Gauthier, both of Epping; her sister, Lisa Gauthier of Savannah, Ga.; two grandsons, Jackson and Chase Gauthier of Merrimack; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews..
