Mrs. Bertha Virginia Zimmers, 82, of 25 Knobley Street, Ridgeley, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Virginia Halterman, with whom she resided. Born in Frederick, a daughter of the late Abraham and Alice (McClellan) Fogle, she was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Zimmers, who died September 7, 1940. Mrs. Zimmers was a member of the Calvary Methodist Church of Ridgeley and had been in failng health for the past two years. She is survived by six children, Lester Zimmers, Tampa, Fla.; Mrs. Perry G. Harrison, Sebring, Fla.; James M. Zimmers, Youngstown, Ohio; Mrs. Victor Stemple, Ridgeley; Mrs. Edgar Kenney, Fort Ashby, W. Va.; and Mrs. Halterman; two brothers, Harry Fogle and John Fogle, both of'Cumberland; ,23 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. The body is at the residence of Mrs. Halterman. The body will be taken to Calvary Methodist Church, Ridgeley, at noon on Friday for services at 2 p.m. Rev. Harold May, pastor, will officiate and interment will be in Fort Ashby Cemetery.
