His wife; one son: David Smith (Stephanie) of Horse Cave; two daughters: Rhonda Guidry (Jerry) and Marcie Britain (Daron), both of Elizabethtown; eight grandchildren; three brothers: Gary Smith of Millerstown, Roger Smith and Robin Smith both of Upton and a host of extended family and friends.

Predeceased by:
His parents; two brothers: Tom & David Smith and six sisters: Joy Sanders, Aline Bell, Barbara Butler, Mary Logsdon, Betty Lynn Snider and Beverly Staples.

Funeral services held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Sego Funeral Home.
