George Richard Lewis Anderson
Mr. George Richard Lewis Anderson, 86, of Vancleave went home to be with his loved ones on Sunday, April 4, 2004, in Vancleave.
Mr. Anderson was a native of Peoria, Illinois and a resident of Phoenix, AZ. He had been visiting with his son in Vancleave for the past nine months. He was retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company of East Peoria, IL and served 14 years with the Illinois Air National Guard, 169th Tactical Fighter Squadron. He was of the Methodist faith and a 32 degree Master Mason.
Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Leroy Anderson and Anna Hauk Anderson, his former wives, Lois Virginia Borton Anderson and Virginia Maxine Bolding Anderson and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include five sons, Richard "Dick" Leroy Anderson and his wife, Connie, of Peoria, IL; Clayton "Butch" Anderson and his wife, Darlene Melvin Anderson, of Biloxi; Gary "Mike" Michael Anderson of Murrells Inlet, SC; H. Douglas Anderson and his partner, Gary S. Lott of Vancleave and Robert "Robbie" Daniel Anderson and his wife, Debbie, of East Peoria, IL; three daughters, Senia Marie Kendoll and her husband, Frank Kuy, of Jasper, GA; Sally Joann Kersey of Jasper, GA; Georgeanna Lola D'Agnolo and her husband, Otto, of Phoenix, AZ and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi in charge of arrangements.
