She was a member of Shotwell Baptist Church, Raleigh, N.C.
Survivors include her husband, William James Kelly, Jr. of Raleigh, N.C.; Daughter: Stephanie Lynn Kelly of Raleigh, N.C.; Sons: William James “Jimmy” Kelly of Windell, N.C., Gregory Stephens Kelly of Benson, N.C. and Phillip Travis Kelly of Benson, N.C.; Sister: Carlene S. Jones of Whiteville, N.C.; Brother: Kenneth Shipman of Gulf Port Mississippi; Seven Grandson and Ten Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be Sunday, September, 20, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at McKenzie Mortuary with Rev. Jim Lee officiating. Burial will be in the Pierce Cemetery, Hallsboro, N.C.
