Her life's journey took her to many places and events, but her true happiness came 21 years ago when she met her husband and soulmate Brian. Kim enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, cycling, and everything in the great outdoors. She will be remembered forever for her beautiful smile, humanity, humility, generosity, and love of life. She was the helping hand to anyone who needed her, whether it be family, friend, or stranger.
Kim is survived by her husband Brian E. Richter, her father and mother, Judith and Robert W. O'Gorman Sr of Sacramento, her mother-in-law Lucy Richter of Pilot Hill, her grandmother Ann M. Bliss of Sacramento, her brother William R. O'Gorman of Fair Oaks, her sister Bettianna L. Baxter and her husband Jeffrey of Roseville, her brother Chief Master Sergeant Shawn M. O'Gorman and his wife Christine of Beale Air Force Base, her brother Robert W. O'Gorman Jr and his wife Gina of Wake Forest, NC, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will share fond memories during a Celebration of Life at Reichert Funeral Services, 7320 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA on January 13, 2015 at 1pm.
