Obituary;
Cathy Leonard Wood, 67 of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015 in a Fort Smith hospital. She was retired from Rheem and attended Fellowship Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Fellowship Baptist Church in Witcherville with burial at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Tuesday from 1 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6 – 8 p.m.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Wood; two sons, Louie Bishop of Van Buren and Shawn Wood and wife Angie of Hackett; two daughters, Rebecca Moore of Fort Smith and Randa Newman and husband Jim of Mansfield; her mother, Genevieve Leonard of Fort Smith; two brothers, Chuck Leonard and wife, Susan of North Wells, PA and Randy Leonard and wife, Elaine of Greenwood; two sisters, Peggy Yandell and husband, Bob of Fort Smith and Nancy Smith of Greenwood; twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Raymond Leonard.
Pallbearers will be Randy Leonard, Chuck Leonard, Jon Leonard, Michael Watson, Earl Terry and Jim Newman. Honorary pallbearers will be grandchildren and great grandchildren.
