Funeral services for George Garlitz will be Saturday, September 19 at 2:00 P.M. in the Mt. Branson Church of God with Pastor Shetha Coffelt and Rev. Bud Arnold officiating. Burial will follow in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home, Branson.
George Raymond Garlitz was born on May 5, 1941 in Salmon, Idaho. He married his loving wife, Mary on February 14, 1982 in Miami, Oklahoma. He worked as a cook in restaurants. He and Mary moved to Branson from Independence, MO. He attended Mt. Branson Church of God.
George entered into rest on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Cox Medical Center, Branson at the age of 74.
George was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Garlitz of Branson and step-son Dennis Comstock of Kansas City, MO.
Visitation will be Friday evening, September 18 from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Branson Church of God.
