Mrs. Marjorie Tyo

Mrs. Marjorie J. Tyo, 45, of 647 Spangler Drive died at 1:30 p.m. at Good Samaritan Hospital where she had been taken an hour earlier. She suffered an apparent stroke. Mrs. Tyo reportedly had not been ill.

Mrs. Tyo was born in Bristol Township, Morgan County, April 6, 1917, a daughter of O.R. and Allie Henderson Barclay. She had lived in Zanesville 14 years.

She was a member of Brighton Presbyterian Church and Olive Branch of Order of Eastern Star at Duncan Falls.

Surviving are her husband, Gerald of the home; a son, Gerald Stephen Tyo of the home; a daughter, Susan Elaine Tyo of the home; four brothers, Harry and Robert Barclay of Duncan Falls, Raymond of 1083 Linden Avenue and William of 1424 Maysville Avenue; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Ray of McConnellsville and Mrs. Sarah McLean of White Cottage.
