Alfred Coffman Death.

The death of Alfred Coffman occurred at 4:30 Tuesday afternoon at the home of his step father, D. H. Collins, 205 N. Fourteenth street. He was operated on about three weeks ago at the hospital for abscess of the appendix and has been in a serious condition since. He leaves a wife and a small child. He was a son of Abraham Coffman, born in Schuyler county. Mo., May 2, 1891, and was 21 years, 3 months and 17 days old. He leaves his mother, his sisters, Mrs. Sarah L. Neely and Mrs. Sylvia Huston, of Lancaster, Mo., and Mrs. Ada Thompson, of Queen City, Mo. and his brothers William Coffman, Smithfield, Mo. and Robert Coffman, Asbury, Mo. He had been employed in Centerville as a teamster. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon, at St. Mary's Catholic church by Rev. Father Loftus and burial was at Oakland cemetery.
