(Claire) Gottschalk, Sara (Christopher) Culley and great-grandfather of Abigail, Mira, Jude, Margaret, Alexander and Emalyn; dear brother of Ruth Funderburk and the late Gilbert and Benjamin Gottschalk and Elise Floerchinger; dear brother-in-law of Julia Hartmann, Frances Lucas and the late Helen Eddy, Nicholas Hartmann, Anna Vegyelek and Rudy Hartmann; our dear uncle, great-uncle and friend.
Paul served his country in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II, was a retired employee of the Railway Mail Service and United States Post Office, and a 25-year volunteer at Lemay Meals on Wheels.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois on Wednesday, September 16, 12 noon. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Meals on Wheels of Greater St. Louis, PO Box 410395, St. Louis, MO 63141, are appreciated. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 p.m.
