FORT ASHBY, W. Va. — Mrs. Lucy Ineze Rosenbaum, 81, died yesterday at her home near here. Born in Cumberland, a daughter of the late Henry William and Rebecca (Douthitt) Willison, she had spent the greater part of her life in West Virginia. Her husband, Richard Rosenbaum, died a number of years ago. She was a member of Fort Ashby Methodist Church. Surviving are three brothers, Harvey Willison, Fort Ashby, and William and Raleigh Willison, both at home, and four sisters, Miss Della Willison, at home; Mrs. William Chaney, Fort Ashby; Mrs. Ella Largent, Akron; and Mrs. Elizabeth Robinette, Cumberland. The body is at the residence. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Fort Ashby Methodist Church by Rev. James H. Lotspeich, pastor, and Rev. Earl B. Wolford.
