Weidert and the late Grace Weidert and Carl L. Weidert. Sister-in-law of Leah Weidert. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Jefferson for 53 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral at LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Parkway, on Monday, February 24, 2003 at 2:00 PM. Interment in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Monday from 12:00 PM until service time. In lieu of flowers, donation to St. Matthew United Church of Christ, 1333 S. Carrollton Ave., New Orleans, LA 70118 preferred.
