Joan passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend.
She was an active member of the community for 48 years. Her passion for gardening lead her to be a member of the Algonquin Garden Club. She was a Realtor for 25 years and a member of the million dollar club.
It was important to Joan to thank the staff at Fair Oaks in Crystal Lake and the staff at Sherman Hospital in Elgin, IL for their wonderful care.
Beloved wife of Dan; loving mother of Michael, Mark and Michele (Gerald) Kavanaugh; fond grandmother of Michael, Travis, Jeff, Tayler, Riley Hudson, Kate and Matthew Kavanaugh; great grandmother of Jordan Hudson; dear sister of Jean (Robert) Botts, Judy Wolfgram and Jody Wolfgram; survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Preceded in death by daughter, Molly Hudson; parents, Arthur W. and Betty Wolfgram; and brother, Jimmy Wolfgram.
Visitation Monday, September 14, 2015, from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Willow Funeral Home, 1415 W. Algonquin Road, Algonquin/Lake in the Hills, IL (one mile East of Randall Road). Lying in repose Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Church, 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin. Internment Algonquin Cemetery.
In lieu of Flowers, Memorials to Fair Oaks Rehabilitation Center, 471 W. Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, IL, would be appreciated.
