Funeral Services for Lynn Hubbard, 63, of Corrigan, Texas will be held Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Union Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Corrigan, Texas with Pastor Lesly Wilkinson officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Springs Cemetery in Corrigan, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Corrigan Funeral Home Chapel.
Lynn was called home by God on Friday, September 11, 2015 at his residence in Corrigan, Texas. Lynn was born in Camden, Texas on July 6, 1952 to Woodrow Hubbard and Gracie (Deggs) Hubbard. He was employed by Eaton Logging as a heavy equipment operator. Everyone knew him as "Heavy". During his lifetime he made lots of friends, he never knew a stranger. Lynn was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed his tractors, old trucks and hunting.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Woodrow Hubbard and Gracie Deggs Hubbard; brother: Hugh Hubbard; granddaughter: Amanda Hubbard.
Lynn is survived by his wife: Carolyn; sons: Chris Hubbard and wife Melissa, Andy Hubbard and wife Evie, Jabo Hubbard and Chelsea Lemons; brothers: Hal Hubbard and wife Sue, Gary Hubbard; sisters: Annette Hickman and husband Billy Mac, Edith Vinson and husband Robert, Sue Carol Morrison and husband Willie, Karen Gail Tarver and husband Lynn, Kathy Jo Owens and husband Donald; 4 granddaughters and 1 grandson.
