GALESBURG - Ramona D. Hicks, 74, of 146 Hawkinson Avenue died at 6:37 p.m. Tuesday, 28 January 2003, in Rochester, Minnesota.
Born 29 November 1928, in Peru to Clarence M. and Louise Angell, she married on 28 February 1948, in Galesburg. He survives.
Also surviving are her mother; two sons; one daughter; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and one sister.
She worked as a medical secretary before retiring.
She was a member of the Galesburg Women's Club, a volunteer at Galesburg Cottage Hospital and a reading buddy at Steele Elementary School.
She was a member of First Christian Church in Galesburg, where memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. David Kniker will officiate. There will be no visitation. Cremation has been accorded. Arrangements are by HinchliffPearson-West Galesburg Chapel.
Memorials can be made to her church.
