Nettie Florence (Wheeler) Butler, 80, of Lone Oak died Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Nashville Community Care and Rehab at Bordeaux.

Mrs. Butler was a Self-Employed LPN, Veteran of the U.S. Navy, and a member of Rickman Road Baptist Church of West Paducah.

She is survived by three sons, Stephen Boykin of Niceville, FL, Kerry Boykin of Bastrop, TX, and Kent Boykin of Payson, UT; one sister, Irma Crabtree; one brother, Bert Wheeler; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Butler; parents, Charlie and Grace Wheeler; two sisters; and one brother.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, September 14, 2015 at Rickman Road Baptist Church of West Paducah with Rev. Stan Durrett officiating. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery in Cunningham, KY.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time Monday at the church.
