Tommy E. Hooper Jr., 51, of Joppatowne, MD passed away on September 9, 2015 at Franklin Square Hospital in Rosedale, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he is the son of Thomas Edward Hooper Sr. and the late Betty Elaine (Martin) Hooper. He worked as a sales manager in the auto parts industry and in his younger years, had played football. He lived for his children and was involved in coaching all of their sports teams at Joppatowne and Parkville Rec Councils. He enjoyed traveling, going to the beach, watching horror movies, working out, Eagles football and Corvettes.

In addition to his father, Mr. Hooper is survived by his wife, Lori Ann (Shifflett) Hooper; sons, Thomas E. Hooper III, Michael T. Hooper, Matthew T. Hooper; daughters, Jacquelyn A. Barnhart and Dakota L. Hooper; sisters, Linda M. Seibert, Patricia A. Morgan, Judith A. White and Kimberly D. Hooper; and many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
