Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Hillcrest Memorial Park, with the Rev. Rick Gilmore of Foursquare Church officiating. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
She was born Florence Lottie Shier on March 1, 1917, in Mill City. She moved to Grants Pass in the 1940s and then to Bell Gardens, Calif., in 1981.
Harper was a member of Foursquare Church in Grants Pass and did custodian jobs there.
She enjoyed needlework, especially cross-stitch, reading the Bible, gardening and growing flowers.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Harper of Bell Gardens and Allen Harper of Twin Falls, Idaho; a daughter, Ruth Dyrda of Omaha, Neb.; 10 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loren Harper.
