Nora was born Nov 26, 1901 at Scottsboro, Alabama to Micajah and Sarah Proctor. She married Clarence A. Harbour in 1928 in Texas. They had 7 children. Clarence never returned home after he joined the Army in 1942 during WWII where he suffered disabling events that caused his death in 1950. Nora raised her children at Waurika, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and most of her children.
