Pam, 68, Westlake, formerly Lima, died at 5:41 p.m., at The Cleveland Clinic.

She was the daughter of Arthur and Margie (Garlock) Mox. On Feb 27, 1995, she and her husband, John J Murray, divorced. He survives in Sheffild Lake.

Surviving are two sons: Vincent and Gregory; and a brother, Michael (Cynthia Long), Lima.

A 1965 graduate of Lima Central Catholic High School and a 1968 graduate of St. Rita's School of Nursing, she worked at St. Rita's Medical Center as a register nurse on the Neurology Unit, was a House Supervisor, the Rehabilitation Unit and retired from "Call-A-Nurse". She was a member of St. Gerard Catholic Church. She was an avid Notre Dame Fighting Irish fan, loved to decorate, read and garden. She also enjoyed listening to the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbird football and basketball games on the radio.

Funeral services are at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel, with Rev. Jim Szobonya officiating. Interment will be in Gethsemani Cemetery.
