She was born March 23, 1914 in Watauga County, to H. O. and Bird Elizabeth Coffey Aldridge.
Mrs. McLean was a member of Foscoe Christian Church and was a homemaker.
Survivors include one daughter, two sons, one sister, two brothers, a son-in-law, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Ambrose McLean; a daughter, Sharon Janet Carpenter; a grandson, Jason Ray Harmon; and two brothers, Dane and Joe Aldridge.
Services were conducted Thursday morning at 11 a.m. at Foscoe Christian Church, officiated by Ken Carswell and Lance Hostetter. Burial will follow in the Mount Lawn Memorial Park and Gardens.
