She was born Jan. 20, 1927, in New Berlin, a daughter of the late George and Hilda (Stimmel) Seebold. She was married to William J. Guffey who preceded her in death.
Marjorie was a member of Shamokin Dam United Methodist Church, Selinsgrove Senior Center, and RiverWoods Auxiliary, Lewisburg.
She enjoyed playing cards, traveling, sitting with Bella her great-granddog, word searches, going to auction and spending time with her family and friends.
Marjorie is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, David S. and Dianne Guffey, and William J. Jr. and Cathy Guffey; one daughter and son-in-law, Debra V. and Samuel Wolf; one sister and brother-in-law, Gerry and Dale Bingaman; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Kathy L. Reich; three brothers, Donald, Robert and Charles; and three sisters, Dorothy Stamm, Hazel Smith and Mary Dorman.
Family and friends may visit from 11 a.m. to noon Friday at the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove, followed by the funeral at noon, with the Rev. Patricia A. Bennett officiating.
Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Montoursville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Marjorie's memory may be made to the Shamokin Dam United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 303, Shamokin Dam, PA 17876.
