50, died on Saturday 5, 2015, in Concord, North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Miller, who died in 2008.

She is survived by her son, Anthony Miller (Brittany), her parents, Agnes and Eamonn (Edward) Cullen, her brothers Brendan (Cindy), and Philip (Maureen) Cullen, her sisters, Joan Cullen (Paul Zorko) and Susan Cullen, her sister-in law Kathy Vetter and her fiancé and best friend, John D. Williams, along with many nephews and nieces and close friends.

Monica was born in Hong Kong on 27th April, 1965. She came to America with her parents in 1973 via India. She lived in Louisville until she moved with her husband, David, when he was transferred by Philip Morris to Concord, N.C.

Monica was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. Please pray for her and the family.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Louis Bertrand Church 1104 South 6th Street, with interment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8 p.m. at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the American Diabetes Association , 1701 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA., 22311. (1-800-342-2383).
