Augustus Bura Payne (1861-1909). Died at age 47. See below.
Mary Frances Payne (1864-1930). Died at age 65.
Married Mary T. Unknown (1848-unable to locate cemetery) in 1883. Chesley was 45 years old. Their children:

Chesley Asbury Payne was admitted to the Arkansas Confederate Home on January 1, 1924. His application to the Confederate Home stated he served in Company B of the 29th Georgia Infantry CSA. He suffered a stroke in 1925 and was transferred to the State Hospital for Nervous Diseases and it appears he was a patient in the State Hospital at the time of his death.
