Shirley - Nim C. Goudy, 7O died Tuesday in Henry County Hospital, where he had been a patient after suffering a heart attack at his home last Thursday. His wife, Mrs. Katie Goudy died March 4.
A retired employee of the Chrysler Corp. at New Castle, he was a member of UAW-CIO Local 37, and a member of the Shirley Christian Church.
Surviving are two sons, Basil and Richard, both of near Shirley; three daughters, Mrs. Madaline Zinko of Dillonvale, Ohio, Mrs. Augusta Lanigan, Knightstown, and Mrs. Eva Mae Jordan of Shirley; five grandchildren; five brothers, Hubert, John, Clyde, William, all of Gas City, and Roy of Indianapolis; two sisters, Mrs. Alberta Nose of Gas City and Mrs. Opal Reading of Ft. Meade, Florida.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 today (Thurs.) at the Shirley Christian Church with Rev. Verl Libby officiating. Condo and Son Funeral Home will be in charge, and burial will be in Harlan Cemetery near Wilkinson.
