Margie Flo (Matthews) Walters, 97, Gibson City, died at 8:51 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 30, 1995) at Gibson Community Hospital Annex, Gibson City.
Survivors include three sons, Warren W. Walters, Saybrook; Charles M. Walters, Gibson City; and Robert G. Walters, Colfax; seven grandchildren; three step grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and seven step great-grandchildren.
One brother and one grandson preceded her in death.
Mrs. Walters was born June 18, 1898, in Gibson City, a daughter of Lucian L. and Lady Capitola Wendell Matthews.
She married Charles F. Walters Dec. 24, 1919, in Gibson City. He died Jan. 6, 1960.
She lived in the Gibson City and the Saybrook area all of her life.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Gibson City, and a charter member of Scotland Efficiency Club, Gibson City.
