He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Duncan Richards; a son, Ronald Chris Richards of Elsmere; daughters, Betty Lou Wert, Donna Sue Eickhoff and Jayne Lewis, all of Erlanger; a brother, Max Richards of Louisville; a sister, S. A. King of White, Ga.; 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Services were at 11 a.m. today at the church. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
Memorials are suggested to the church, Graves Avenue and Home, Erlanger 41018. Stith Funeral Home, Florence, is handling arrangements.
