Paula Ann (Kelly) Thomson, 54, died Wednesday, September 9, 2015 as a result of an automobile accident in Scotland County.
She was born the daughter of Frank J. and Reba I. (Mercer) Kelly on January 31, 1961 in Palatine, IL. Paula graduated from Cook County High School in 1979.
Paula married Michael Thomson on July 13, 2005. He preceded her in death on September 29, 2007.
The Thomsons enjoyed traveling together while he was a journeyman iron worker for local #10 in Kansas City. They moved to Memphis after Michael retired. She was an active member of AA and attended the Memphis United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and a sister, Pamela Sue Kelly.
She is survived by an uncle, Mark Kelly of Michigan, and many cousins and close friends.
Inurnment will follow in the Barker Cemetery.
