PEORIA - Karen Jean Elliott, 74, of Peoria passed away Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
She was born on July 4, 1941, in Peoria, a daughter of James Edward and Verna Minnie (Dismang) Nyberg. She was married to Junior Elliott. He preceded her in death, along with her parents and sister, Roseanne Howell.
Karen is survived by her nephews, James and Jeff (Michelle) Howell, all of Washington.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015, at Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home, 3004 W. Lake Ave., Peoria.
