Billie Mae (Fuzz) Phillips, 68, of Upperco, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at her home. Born February 14, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Gib and Malinda (Fortner) Osborne. She was the beloved wife of Franklin Ellis Phillips, her husband of 51 years.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter, Lisa Unkart and husband Steve, of Hampstead; sisters, Mary Sawicki of Woodbridge, VA, and Betty Kraft and husband Tim of Manchester, MD. Also survived by grandchildren, Shannon White, Heath Unkart, Brittany Howard, Austin, Tyler, Cody and Madison Goodman and 5 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Wanda Lee Goodman, a sister, Christine Yarger and brothers, Curtis Donald Osborne and Thomas Fortner Osborne.
The family will receive friends at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 from 3:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Adams officiating. Interment will be in Sandymount United Methodist Cemetery, Finksburg.
