TUPELO – Mr. Terry Wayne ""TG"" Graves, 67, died Saturday, August 1, 2015, at Golden living Center in Tupelo following an extended illness. He was born January 16, 1948, in Salem, Oregon, to Waymon Graves and Lois Mayo Graves. He was a graduate of Northeast Mississippi Community College with an associate degree in architecture. He married Marla J. Mills December 31, 1981, and they made their home in Tupelo where he was employed by McCarty Company for more than 30 years as a draftsman until his health began to fail. Terry loved his job and caring for his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He enjoyed working on the computer, listening to all genres of music, and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2015, in the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with Pastor Ray Elsberry officiating. Private burial will follow in Blackland Cemetery, west of Booneville. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 p.m. to service time.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Marla Graves of Tupelo; two sons, Anthony Graves and Christopher Graves (Megan), all of Tupelo; two brothers, Charles Phillip ""Mike"" Graves of N.C. and James David ""Rick"" Graves of Jamesville, Wis.; three sisters, Betty Lynn Graves of Jamesville, Wis., Sandra Knight (Harold) and Sherry Lindley (Chris), all of Booneville; three grandchildren, Kaden Jackson Graves, Conner Shelby Graves, and Sawyer Everett Graves; one step-grandchild, Madison Graves; a host of nieces, nephews, and other near relatives.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and step-father, James Vardamen George.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Mills, Jr., Michael Mills, Stanley Green, Stanley Green, Jr., Steve Watson, and Alex Henderson.
