Born in Elizabeth, NJ, Cynthia was raised in Linden and resided in Edison. She was a 1976 graduate of Linden High School, Linden, NJ.
Cyntha was employed by Dr. Shoshkes in Millburn, NJ, as a medical assistant for 12 years. She enjoyed cooking and was an avid NY Giants fan and an active participant of St. Helena R.C. Church, Edison.
Cynthia was predeceased by her beloved father, Joseph J. Travisano, on February 18, 2015. She is survived by her beloved husband of 32 years, Shawn Elliott; her loving children, Christopher and Carley Elliott; her beloved mother, Virginia Travisano; her sister, Linda Barny, and two nieces, Dina and Lea Barny.
Funeral arrangements were made with the Werson Funeral Home, Linden, NJ. A Funeral Mass was held in St. Helena R.C. Church, Edison, NJ, followed by entombment in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, NJ.
