Mrs Jacob Renz, 75, passed away at the Prairie Community Hospital after being hospitalized for eighteen days.
Elizabeth Renz was born August 2, 1883, in Worms, South Russia, the daughter of Adam and Regina Reammick. She spent her early childhood in Russia, coming to The US with her sister, Mrs Kost, to Eureka SD in 1907.
On March 28, 1909, at Spring Creek Church near Artas SD, she was married to Jacob Renz. The couple made their home on a farm near Artas until moving to MT in 1924. They lived in Hardin from 1924 to 1928, when they moved to Terry, where they had lived since.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Calvin Renz, WA, and Herbert Renz, Billings; a daughter, Mrs Adeline Bader, Billings; three brothers, Ted Reammick, Jamestown HD, Adam Reammick, Circle, and William Reammick, Wolf Point; two sisters, Mrs Philip Kost, Jamestown ND and Mrs Lydia Quaschnick, Terry; nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
