Dr. Mable Grace Sare Richmond Leonard, 80, 229 S. 9th East, died of natural causes Nov. 3 in a Salt Lake hospital.
Born Oct. 4, 1888, Superior, Neb., to Z. Taylor and Josie DeWitt Sare. Married Fred E. Richmond, July 26, 1905; divorced. Married to Dr. Glen R. Leonard, Feb. 3, 1924, Thermapolios, Wyo.; solemnized Salt Lake LDS temple. Former chiropodist. Attended Washington School of Chiropody, Seattle, Wash. Practiced 23 years in Utah. Past president, 8 & 40 American Legion Auxiliary; Opti-Mrs. Club. Member LDS Church. Came to Salt Lake City in 1926.
Survivors: husband; son, daughter, Edison M. Richmond, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Hazel R. Holberton, Kearns; 5 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; brothers, Donald, Glen, both California; Waldo, Denver, Colo.; Lester, Archie, both Sheridan, Wyo.; Bernard, Alexandria, VA.
Funeral Wednesday 1 p.m., 2350 East 13th South, where friends call Tuesday 6-8 p.m.; Wednesday one hour prior to services. Burial Mount Olivet Cemetery. Family suggests contributions to Holy Cross Hospital Heart Research Fund.
