He was the son of the late Phillip and Mabel Elliott Baral.
Mr. Baral farmed in the Heidlersburg area from 1970 until his death.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel A. Baral, who departed this life in 2001, and is survived by one daughter, Ruth A. Gallegos of York Springs; four sons, Daniel L. Baral of Kansas City, MO, William H. Baral of York, Fred E. Baral of York Springs, and Paul E. Baral of Gettysburg; eight grandchildren; one sister, Caroline Baral of Hanover; and one brother, Phillip Baral of Biglerville.
