Michael William "Fred" Lockhart, 35, died Sunday evening, Aug. 6, 2006, at Erlanger hospital.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert and Irene Dykes, Jess and Maude Lockhart.
He is survived by his parents, Jerry "Lard" and Gail Lockhart, of Dunlap; sisters, Jerri Ann Lockhart Brymer and Loretta (Jess) Lockhart Hudson; two nieces, Felicia and Kimberly Rigsby; great-niece, Kylee Williams; girlfriend, Tina Foster and children, Jacob and Brett Foster; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. CDT Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Phillip Layne officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery.
His family will receive friends all day Tuesday and Wednesday until service time.
Arrangements are by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap.
