Working for the Wilson Area School District, Lori was the secretary for the athletic department. She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Alpha, N.J. where she served as the church secretary for twenty years. She enjoyed quilting and crocheting, and time with her family, particularly her grandchildren.
Survivors are her husband, Robert L. Vaughn Jr., and children; Amy L. Vaughn of Bensalem, PA, and Erick R. Vaughn and his wife Ann Marie of Palmer Township, PA. Grandchildren are Bryson, Peyton, and Landon. Lori is also survived by sisters Debra Merritt and husband Jamie of Phillipsburg, N.J., Ann Marie Mulrooney of West Easton, PA, and Jonathan Vacura of Bath, PA. In addition to her parents, Lori was also predeceased by a brother, Robert J. Vacura and brother-in-law, Scott Mulrooney.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway in Palmer Township, PA. There will be calling hours on Tuesday at the funeral home from 3-4 and 6-8 PM. The interment will be at the United Presbyterian Cemetery in Alpha, N.J.
