Mrs. Linda Faye Moore Hood was preceded in death by her mother and father, Roy and Mildred Moore; sister, Shirley Brewer; Homer Riley; son, William Long; and numerous other family members. She is survived by sister, Patsy Riley; ex-husband/special friend, William Long; daughters, Tonja Smith, Rhonda Long, Cindy Franzen; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Becki Long; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. A very special thank you to her two special angels in care, Kyleigh and Lacey Long, and Carolyn Flury for her assistance.
Linda was born and raised in Bakersfield and attended high school at Bakersfield High School and South High School. Linda worked most of her life in restaurants as an awesome waitress. She left this earth after a brief battle with liver, kidney, and heart disease. A very special thank you to Angie Ozuna, and Christian Anderson, and the staff from Hoffmann Hospice.
