Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. today in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Amarillo. Arrangements are by Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Born Nov. 19, 1927, Connie was the ninth of 10 children born to Floyd County pioneers Nellie Harper and Harvey Samuel Bolin. She attended schools in Plainview and graduated from Texas State College for Women in 1950. Connie married Charles L. Eubanks and moved to Amarillo in 1951.
Professionally, she worked in the library system at Amarillo College for 20 years. Her last years were spent with family in Wichita Falls.
Connie will best be remembered for her strong work ethic, unselfish nature, strength of character and love of friends and family. She loved the outdoors and possessed a true pioneer spirit.
The family would especially like to thank the staff of Rolling Meadows for their dedication and love to Connie.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Cragg and Stephanie Eubanks of Wichita Falls; two grandchildren, Winn and Madeline Eubanks; a sister, Charlene Mise of Lubbock; and a brother, Harvey Bolin of Denair, Calif.
The family suggests memorials be to the Gables at Rolling Meadows Retirement Home in Wichita Falls.
