Janice Janice Pitts, 61, of Waynesboro, died Dec. 11, 2005, at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro. She was a waitress. She is survived by one son, Archie Pitts Jr. of Waynesboro; her mother Martha Overstreet of Wayne County; two brothers, Ronald Overstreet and Donald Overstreet, both of Wayne County; one sister, France Phillips of Petal; and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held Dec. 13 at Freeman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Marcus Burnham officiating. Interment followed in the Boyles Cemetery. Freeman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
