He was preceded in death by his parents, Alva John and Lola Inez Smith Parker; one son, Justin Parker; one daughter, Leeann Parker; one sister, Connie Roberts; and one brother, Robert E. Parker.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, September 04, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 05, 2015. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN
