JEFFREY "JEFF" DOUGLAS JAMES, 62, of Salt Rock, W.Va., died September 1, 2015, in Cabell Huntington Hospital of respiratory failure. Jeff is preceded in death by his siblings Carolyn James (infant), Billy James, Dale James and Jerry James. He is survived by his children Jeffrey James Jr., Jeremy James, Danny James and Anthony Milam. Also, his mother Virginia Toulson; brother Skip James; sister and brother-in-law Shirley and J.R. Blackburn; and his wife Alma James. He has many precious nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins, along with so many friends he had made along his journey in this life. Jeff gave his heart to the Lord. He will be missed. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2015, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Two grand children , children of Danny James , Stephen A. James & Michaela A.
