Obituary:
Phyllis Sharon Ann Hunter (nee Mosely) was born on November 22, 1942 in Jersey City, NJ to the late Benjamin C. and Marcelina (West) Mosley. She attended Jersey City Public School. Sharon moved to Bridgeton in 1968 where she met and later married the late Raymond Hunter in 1978.
Sharon was previously employed at IGA, Family Dollar, and Bridgeton School District. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception and St. Teresa’s Catholic Church and she also attended John Wesley United Methodist Church of Bridgeton.
She leaves to cherish her memory four daughters, Kimberley and Juanita of Bridgeton, NJ, Penni (Veron) Hayward of Summerville, SC, and Gail Mosley Stephens of Rockingham, NC; three sons, Abdul Masttafa and Reginald of Millville, Robert Jay (Iris) of Germany; three sisters, Faith Goodson of California, Gail Simpson of St. Petersburg, FL, and Jean (Mark) Mosley of Bridgeton; brother Benjamin (Robin) Mosley Jr. of Bridgeton; two sisters-in-law, Rosemary Glover of Richmond, VA and Patricia Mosley of Florence, SC; five sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; a close friend who was like a sister, Cheryl Wynder and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many close friends.
Services will be held Monday, September 7, 2015 at 11am at St. Theresa RC Church Bridgeton, where family and friends may attend a viewing from 10am - 10:45pm. There will be viewing Sunday, September 6, 2015 6pm - 8pm at Edwards and Son Funeral Home, Inc. 208 E Commerce St Bridgeton. Interment will be held in Cedar Hill Memorial Park Hopewell Twsp.

Interment: Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Bridgeton, NJ on Tuesday September 8th at 10:00 a.m.
