She married Charles Elmer Templeman Aug. 31, 1890 at Chatsworth, Livingston, Illinois. Witneses to marriage David Gish and Leona Bell Gish. They had five children: William Elmer, Ruth A. (m. Albert Neville and Luther Heck, Howard Sanders, Raymond Leonard and Charles Franklin.
Mary and Charles divorced. Charles remarried to Mary (Campbell) Frease and they had four children: Clarence A. Frease (Mary's son), Harry (Dooley), Rosalie (Dolly) and Dorothy (m. George Nagel) Templeman.
Mary remarried to William E. Pinkley.
She was buried May 13, 1935.

Funeral services for Mary Templeman Pinkley, 2508 Douglas avenue, will be held in the Brichler funeral home Monday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Mt. Hope cemetery.
Mrs. Pinkley, who died Friday, is survived by her husband, William Pinkley; two sons, William and Charles Templeman; two sisters, Mrs. Edith O'Brien and Mrs. Emma Fortier; a brother, Thomas Sanders, and several grandchildren.
