Anna Caldwell was born in Carroll County Indiana to John and Lydia (Winngs) Caldwell. She married George Wallace and was the Great aunt to Ira J. Caldwell. Mrs. Anna Wallace, wife of George Wallace, died at her home three miles east of Camden. Saturday morning, her death being due to a heart trouble.The deceased lady was very well known and loved , the news of her death being received in the community with sincere sorrow.She is survived by the husband and seven children; four daughters and three sons. The funeral services were conducted at 10:30 o'clock Monday morning at the Paint Creek Baptist church and interment was made in the nearby Cemetery.
