Fanny (Baker) Wheeler was the first wife of Col. Grattan Henry Wheeler, also buried in this cemetery. Fanny died at 27 years old. They had four children together. Their four children were: James Brasson Wheeler, Sarah Wheeler, Silas W. Wheeler and Gratton Henry Wheeler, Jr..
James is buried in the Townline Cemetery in Rathbone, Steuben County, New York. Sarah married Jesse Brundage, and she is buried in the Grove Cemetery.
Gratton Henry Wheeler, Jr., is buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Hammondsport, New York.
The written history reports: "When this family settled in Wheeler their nearest neighbor was Judge Baker, of Pleasant Valley. Grattan H. married Fanny, daughter of Capt. Samuel Baker, of Cameron."
Note: The usual history does not mention James Brasson Wheeler as one of Grattan and Fannie's children. However, James is mentioned in his father's Will.

Info provided by Zoe Tom

I have exchanged email with Zoe Tom (she is the creator of several Wheeler entries), but she couldn't add much about the origin of James Brasson Wheeler (Fanny's son). I did contact the county historian and found the answer to one question (and a correction to the information copied above): Fanny and Wealthy were sisters, not the same person as implied above. Other than that, the information is correct as far as I know. It just doesn't answer my original question about the birthdates of the 4 children (James, Sarah, Silas and Grattan) of Fanny and Grattan H. Wheeler.
From a letter from Richard Wheeler.

Children:
James Brasson Wheeler B: ca 1809 in Howard, NY
Transcribed from the records of the Painted Hills Genealogy Society. Walked by Donna & Misty Allen, Micheal LeCrone, Wendy and Wileen Baker.
