Mrs. Elizabeth Yost, 73, died in a local hospital early yesterday following a long illness. A native of Nebraska, Mrs. Yost had resided in Lodi for the past 14 years. She was a member of the Mennonite Brethren Church and of the Ladies' Aid group of that church.
Mrs. Yost was the wife of the late John Yost, and mother of Charles Yost of Elgin, Ill. She was the sister of Henry Heiser, Atchison, Neb.; Adam Heiser of Aurora Neb.; Mrs. Lydia Nachtagall of Fresno; and Mrs. Edna Abraham of Lake Charles, La.
